제53조의8 사회통합위원 등의 정원

사회통합위원 및 특별사회통합위원의 정원은 청, 사무소 또는 출장소별로 등록외국인의 수, 기관의 규모(직원 수 및 업무량을 말한다) 등을 고려하여 등록외국인 100명당 1명의 범위에서 법무부장관이 정한다. <개정 2018.5.15, 2020.9.25>
The number of Social Integration Committee members and Special Social Integration Committee members shall be determined by the Minister of Justice within the scope of 1 person per 100 registered aliens, taking into consideration the number of registered aliens, the size of the office or branch office (referring to the number of employees and workload). <Amended by Act No. 15562, May 15, 2018; Act No. 17462, Sep. 25, 2020>
외국인보호소장 및 출입국ㆍ외국인지원센터장이 위촉하는 특별사회통합위원의 정원은 기관별로 30명의 범위에서 법무부장관이 정한다.
The number of Special Social Integration Committee members appointed by the head of an alien detention center and the head of an immigration and foreigners support center shall be determined by the Minister of Justice within the scope of 30 persons per institution.
