제59조(보호장소의 지정) 법 제52조제2항에서 "그 밖에 법무부장관이 지정하는 장소"란 구치소ㆍ교도소 그밖에 법무부장관이 따로 지정하는 장소를 말한다. <개정 2010.11.16>
