Article 6-11 (Matters for Consultation with Central Administrative Agencies, etc.)
제6조의11 중앙행정기관 등과의 협의사항

법무부장관은 중앙행정기관 및 법무부장관이 정하는 관계 기관과 다음 각 호의 사항을 협의한다.
1. 출국금지제도의 운영 및 개선에 관한 사항
2. 출국금지 또는 이의신청의 심사, 출국금지의 해제에 관한 사항 중 협의가 필요한 사항
3. 그 밖에 출국금지 업무와 관련하여 협의가 필요한 사항
The Minister of Justice shall consult with central administrative agencies and related agencies designated by the Minister of Justice on the following matters. 1. Matters concerning the operation and improvement of the exit ban system 2. Matters requiring consultation regarding the examination of an exit ban or an objection, and the lifting of an exit ban 3. Other matters requiring consultation in relation to exit ban duties
법무부장관은 제1항의 협의사항과 관련하여 필요한 경우 중앙행정기관 및 법무부장관이 정하는 관계 기관에 필요한 자료나 의견 제출을 요청할 수 있다.
The Minister of Justice may request the submission of necessary data or opinions from central administrative agencies and related agencies designated by the Minister of Justice, if necessary, in connection with the matters for consultation under paragraph ①.
