제6조의12 문서관리 등

법무부장관은 다음 각 호의 문서를 비치ㆍ관리하여야 한다. 이 경우 전자적 처리가 불가능한 경우가 아니면 전자적 방법으로 관리할 수 있다.
1. 출국금지 통지서 발급대장
2. 출국금지 이의신청 처리대장
3. 그 밖에 법무부장관이 필요하다고 인정한 문서
The Minister of Justice shall maintain and manage the following documents. In this case, documents may be managed by electronic means unless it is impossible to process them electronically. 1. Register of issuance of notice of departure prohibition 2. Register of processing of applications for objection to departure prohibition 3. Other documents that the Minister of Justice deems necessary
법무부장관은 출국금지 요청, 출국금지기간의 연장 요청, 출국금지의 해제 요청과 관계 기관에 대한 통보 등의 업무를 정보화망을 통한 전자적 방법으로 처리할 수 있다.
The Minister of Justice may process tasks such as requests for departure prohibition, requests for extension of the departure prohibition period, requests for lifting of departure prohibition, and notification to related agencies by electronic means through an information network.
