법무부장관은 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 법 제4조제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 출국금지 대상자에 대한 세부기준을 정할 수 있다.
The Minister of Justice may establish detailed standards for persons subject to a travel ban under Article 4(1) or (2) if deemed necessary.

제1항에 따른 세부기준은 중앙행정기관 및 법무부장관이 정하는 관계 기관과의 협의를 거쳐 정하여야 한다.
The detailed standards pursuant to paragraph ① shall be established after consultation with central administrative agencies and related agencies designated by the Minister of Justice.
