①

영 제2조제2항 본문에서 "법무부령으로 정하는 서류"란 다음 각 호의 서류를 말한다. <개정 2020.12.31>

  1. 1. 다음 각 목의 사항에 대한 소명 자료

    1. 가. 당사자가 법 제4조제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 출국금지 대상자에 해당하는 사실
    2. 나. 출국금지가 필요한 사유

  2. 2. 검사의 검토의견서(법 제4조제2항에 따른 범죄 수사 목적인 경우에만 해당한다)

The "documents prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Justice" in the main sentence of Article 2(2) of the Enforcement Decree shall refer to the following documents. <Amended by 2020.12.31> 1. Supporting materials for the following matters: a. Fact that the party falls under the scope of persons subject to prohibition of departure under Article 4(1) or (2) of the Act b. Reasons why prohibition of departure is necessary 2. Review opinion of a prosecutor (applicable only for the purpose of criminal investigation under Article 4(2) of the Act)

영 제2조의2제2항에서 "법무부령으로 정하는 서류"란 다음 각 호의 서류를 말한다. <개정 2020.12.31>

  1. 1. 다음 각 목의 사항에 대한 소명 자료

    1. 가. 당사자가 법 제4조제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 출국금지 대상자에 해당하는 사실
    2. 나. 출국금지기간 연장이 필요한 사유

  2. 2. 검사의 검토의견서(법 제4조제2항에 따른 범죄 수사 목적인 경우에만 해당한다)

The "documents prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Justice" in Article 2-2(2) of the Enforcement Decree shall refer to the following documents. <Amended by 2020.12.31> 1. Supporting materials for the following matters: a. Fact that the party falls under the scope of persons subject to prohibition of departure under Article 4(1) or (2) of the Act b. Reasons why extension of the prohibition of departure period is necessary 2. Review opinion of a prosecutor (applicable only for the purpose of criminal investigation under Article 4(2) of the Act)

영 제5조의2제1항에서 "법무부령으로 정하는 서류"란 다음 각 호의 서류를 말한다.

  1. 1. 당사자가 법 제4조의6제1항에 따른 출국금지(이하 "긴급출국금지"라 한다) 대상자에 해당하는 사실

  2. 2. 법 제4조의6제1항에 따른 긴급한 필요 등 긴급출국금지가 필요한 사유

The "documents prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Justice" in Article 5-2(1) of the Enforcement Decree shall refer to the following documents. 1. Fact that the party falls under the scope of persons subject to prohibition of departure under Article 4-6(1) of the Act (hereinafter referred to as "emergency prohibition of departure") 2. Reasons why emergency prohibition of departure is necessary, such as urgent necessity under Article 4-6(1) of the Act

Reasons why approval for emergency prohibition of departure is necessary 4. Request for emergency prohibition of departure and attached documents submitted at the time of requesting emergency prohibition of departure
