Article 6-7 (Notice of Decision to Prohibit Departure, etc.)
제6조의7 출국금지결정 등의 통지서

법 제4조의4제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 통지는 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 서면으로 한다.
1. 법 제4조제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 출국금지한 경우: 출국금지 통지서
2. 법 제4조의2제1항에 따라 출국금지기간을 연장한 경우: 출국금지기간 연장통지서
3. 법 제4조의3에 따라 출국금지를 해제한 경우: 출국금지 해제통지서
The notice pursuant to Article 4-4 (1) or (2) of the Act shall be in writing according to the classification of the following subparagraphs. 1. When departure is prohibited pursuant to Article 4 (1) or (2) of the Act: Notice of Prohibition of Departure 2. When the period of prohibition of departure is extended pursuant to Article 4-2 (1) of the Act: Notice of Extension of Period of Prohibition of Departure 3. When the prohibition of departure is lifted pursuant to Article 4-3 of the Act: Notice of Lifting of Prohibition of Departure
제1항 각 호에 따른 통지서는 본인에게 직접 교부하거나 우편 등의 방법으로 보내야 한다.
The notice under each subparagraph of paragraph (1) shall be delivered directly to the person concerned or sent by mail or other methods.
