제6조의9 출국금지 여부의 확인

출국이 금지된 사람(본인으로부터 소송 등을 위임받은 변호인을 포함한다)은 법무부장관이나 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장에게 본인의 출국금지 사실을 확인할 수 있다. <개정 2018.5.15>
A person whose exit is prohibited (including a lawyer entrusted with litigation or other matters by the principal) may confirm the fact of their exit prohibition with the Minister of Justice, the head of a customs office, the head of an office, or the head of a branch office. <Amended on May 15, 2018>
법무부장관은 제1항에 따른 확인을 온라인으로 할 수 있도록 하기 위한 정보통신망을 구축ㆍ운영할 수 있다. <신설 2019.12.24>
The Minister of Justice may establish and operate an information and communication network to enable online confirmation as provided in paragraph ①. <Newly established on December 24, 2019>
제1항에 따른 사실확인 절차 등 필요한 사항은 법무부장관이 정한다. <개정 2019.12.24>
