제61조(일시보호명령서발부대장) 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장은 영 제71조제1항에 따라 일시보호명령서를 발부하거나 영 제71조제3항에 따라 일시보호기간 연장허가서를 발부하는 때에는 이를 일시보호명령서발부대장에 기재하여야 한다. <개정 1997.7.1, 2018.5.15>
Translation
① The Commissioner, the head of an office, or the head of a branch office shall record in the Temporary Protection Order Issuance Register when issuing a temporary protection order pursuant to Article 71(1) of the Enforcement Decree or a temporary protection period extension permit pursuant to Article 71(3) of the Enforcement Decree. <Amended by Act No. 4252, July 1, 1997; Act No. 15577, May 15, 2018>
