제62조(강제퇴거명령서의 발부) 청장ㆍ사무소장ㆍ출장소장 또는 보호소장은 법 제59조제3항에 따라 강제퇴거명령서를 발부하는 경우에는 이를 사건부에 기재해야 한다.

① The Commissioner General, the head of an office, the head of a branch office, or the head of a detention center shall record in the case record when issuing an order for compelled departure pursuant to Article 59(3) of the Act.
