① The term "documents prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Justice" in Article 80-3(2) of the Enforcement Decree shall refer to the following documents. 1. Recommendation letter for a member of the Foreigners Protection Committee 2. Resume of the recommended member 3. Documents that can verify qualifications under subparagraphs 3 to 6 of Article 66-6(2) of the Act
