제64조(출국권고서의 발부) 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장은 법 제67조제2항에 따라 출국권고서를 발부하는 때에는 이를 사건부에 기재하여야 한다. <개정 1997.7.1, 2018.5.15>
Translation
The Commissioner, the head of an office, or the head of a branch office shall, when issuing a recommendation for departure pursuant to Article 67 (2) of the Act, record it in the case file. <Amended by 1997.7.1, 2018.5.15>
