Article 65-2 (Search of Vessels, etc. and Document Examination)
제65조의2 선박등의 검색과 서류심사

법 제69조제6항의 규정에 의하여 선박등의 검색을 서류심사로 갈음하게 할 수 있는 경우는 다음 각호와 같다.
1. 폭풍등으로 인하여 승선에 위험이 따르는 경우
2. 선박등이 국내항에 기항한 후 다른 국내항간을 출입항하는 경우
3. 기타 선박등에 승선하여 검색할 필요가 없다고 인정하는 경우
The cases where the search of vessels, etc. may be substituted by document examination pursuant to the provisions of Article 69(6) of the Act shall be as follows. 1. Where boarding involves danger due to storms, etc. 2. Where a vessel, etc. departs from and arrives at domestic ports after calling at a domestic port. 3. Other cases where it is deemed unnecessary to board and search a vessel, etc.
