제66조 승선허가서등

청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장은 영 제84조에 따라 승선허가 또는 출입국심사장출입허가를 하고자 하는 때에는 승선ㆍ출입국심사장출입허가서를 발급하여야 한다. <개정 2018.5.15>
The Commissioner, the head of an office, or the head of a branch office shall issue a permit for boarding or a permit for entry into an immigration examination room when granting permission for boarding or permission for entry into an immigration examination room pursuant to the Enforcement Decree, Article 84. <Amended by Act No. 15644, May 15, 2018>
청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장은 제1항에 따라 승선ㆍ출입국심사장 출입허가서를 발급하는 때에는 이를 승선ㆍ출입국심사장출입허가서발급대장에 기재하여야 한다. <신설 1994.7.20, 2018.5.15>
When the Commissioner, the head of an office, or the head of a branch office issues a permit for boarding or a permit for entry into an immigration examination room pursuant to paragraph ①, the same shall be recorded in the Register of Permits for Boarding or Entry into Immigration Examination Rooms. <Newly Established by Act No. 7407, July 20, 1994; Amended by Act No. 15644, May 15, 2018>
