제66조의2(승객예약정보의 열람 및 제공) 법 제73조의2제1항 단서 및 제3항 단서에서 "법무부령으로 정하는 부득이한 사유로 표준화된 전자문서로 제출할 수 없을 때"란 제67조제3항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 때를 말한다.
Translation
① The phrase "when it is impossible to submit in standardized electronic documents due to unavoidable circumstances prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Justice" in the proviso to Article 73-2(1) and the proviso to Article 73-2(3) of the Act shall mean when any of the grounds listed in each subparagraph of Article 67(3) is applicable.
