제67조의12(난민여행증명서의 유효기간연장) 법무부장관은 영 제88조의8제4항에 따라 재외공관의 장으로부터 난민여행증명서 유효기간연장허가보고서를 받은 때에는 이를 체류지 관할 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장에게 통보한다. <개정 2018.5.15, 2022.8.18>
Translation
When the Minister of Justice receives a report on the extension of the validity period of a refugee travel certificate from the head of a diplomatic mission abroad pursuant to Article 88-8(4) of the Enforcement Decree, he/she shall notify the head of the immigration office, branch office, or field office having jurisdiction over the place of residence. <Amended by Act No. 15592, May 15, 2018; Act No. 18500, Aug. 18, 2022>
