Article 67-4 (Change of Detention Facility for Repatriation)
제67조의4 송환대기장소의 변경

제67조의4(송환대기장소의 변경) 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장이 영 제88조의3제1항에 따라 송환대기장소를 변경하려는 경우에는 변경되는 출입국항의 출국대기실을 관리하는 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장에게 송환대기장소 변경의뢰서를 미리 보내야 한다.
Translation
If the Commissioner, Director of the Office, or Director of the Branch Office intends to change the detention facility for repatriation pursuant to Article 88-3(1) of the Presidential Decree, they shall submit a request for change of the detention facility for repatriation in advance to the Commissioner, Director of the Office, or Director of the Branch Office who manages the departure waiting room of the immigration port where the change is to be made.
