제68조(보증금 등의 국고귀속보고) 청장ㆍ사무소장ㆍ출장소장 또는 보호소장은 법 제13조제3항, 제66조제2항 또는 제68조제4항에 따라 보증금 또는 이행보증금의 국고귀속을 결정한 때에는 그 사실을 법무부장관에게 보고해야 한다. <개정 2018.5.15, 2021.1.21>
Translation
When the Head of the Central Office, Head of the Office, Head of the Branch Office, or Head of the Shelter decides on the escheat of a security deposit or performance bond pursuant to Article 13(3), Article 66(2), or Article 68(4) of the Act, they shall report the fact to the Minister of Justice. <Amended on May 15, 2018; Jan. 21, 2021>
