제68조의4 대행업무처리 표준절차 등

법 제79조의2제3항에 따른 대행업무처리 표준절차는 별표 4와 같다.
The standard procedures for agency work pursuant to Article 79-2(3) of the Act shall be as set forth in Attached Table 4.
법무부장관은 대행기관의 대행업무 수행에 필요한 경우 출입국 관련 법령의 변경 사항, 대행업무처리 절차 등 대행업무에 필요한 교육을 실시할 수 있다.
The Minister of Justice may provide training necessary for the performance of agency work by agency organizations, including changes in laws and regulations related to immigration and procedures for handling agency work.
제1항 및 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 대행업무 처리에 필요한 세부 절차는 법무부장관이 정한다.
In addition to the matters prescribed in paragraphs ① and ②, the Minister of Justice shall determine detailed procedures necessary for the handling of agency work.
