제68조의6 사실조사 대상 서류의 종류

영 제90조제2항제1호에서 "법무부령으로 정하는 서류"란 별표 5에 따른 체류자격별 사증발급 신청 등 첨부서류 및 체류자격별 사증발급인정서 발급 심사에 필요한 서류를 말한다.
The "documents prescribed by Ordinances of the Ministry of Justice" referred to in Article 90(2)(1) of the Enforcement Decree shall mean the supporting documents for application for visa issuance by status of stay, etc., and documents necessary for the review for issuance of a visa issuance certificate by status of stay, as specified in Table 5.
영 제90조제2항제2호에서 "법무부령으로 정하는 서류"란 별표 5의2에 따른 체류자격 외 활동허가 신청 등의 첨부서류를 말한다.
The "documents prescribed by Ordinances of the Ministry of Justice" referred to in Article 90(2)(2) of the Enforcement Decree shall mean the supporting documents for application for permission to engage in an activity other than the granted status of stay, etc., as specified in Table 5-2.
