제69조 동향조사 보고등

출입국관리공무원은 영 제91조의 규정에 의한 동향조사의 결과를 외국인동향조사부에 기재하여야 한다.
An immigration official shall record the results of a trend survey conducted under the provisions of Article 91 of the Enforcement Decree in the Foreigner Trend Survey Book.
청장ㆍ사무소장ㆍ출장소장 또는 보호소장은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사항에 관하여는 이를 지체 없이 법무부장관에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2016.9.29, 2018.5.15>
1. 외국인과 관련된 사안으로서 외교관계에 중대한 영향을 미칠 우려가 있는 사항
2. 외국인과 관련된 공안사범에 관한 사항
3. 신문, 통신, 방송등 대중전달매개체에 의한 외국인 및 외국단체와 관련된 주요 정보사항
4. 출입국관리의 기본정책 수립 및 운영에 필요한 사항
5. 외국인의 체류관리에 필요한 주요 국내ㆍ외 정보사항
6. 특히 사회의 이목을 끌만한 외국인의 범법사실에 관한 사항
7. 체류외국인의 특이활동 사항 및 기타 중요하다고 판단되는 사항
The Commissioner General, the head of an immigration office, the head of a branch office, or the head of a detention center shall promptly report to the Minister of Justice matters falling under any of the following subparagraphs. <Amended by Presidential Decree No. 27517, Sep. 29. 2016, Presidential Decree No. 28322, May. 15. 2018> 1. Matters related to foreigners that may have a significant impact on diplomatic relations 2. Matters concerning public security offenders related to foreigners 3. Major information related to foreigners and foreign organizations through mass media such as newspapers, telecommunications, and broadcasting 4. Matters necessary for the establishment and operation of basic policies for immigration control 5. Major domestic and foreign information necessary for the management of foreigners' stays 6. Matters concerning the criminal acts of foreigners that may attract particular public attention 7. Matters concerning unusual activities of aliens staying in the country and other matters deemed important
청장ㆍ사무소장ㆍ출장소장 또는 보호소장은 제1항의 규정에 의한 동향조사의 결과를 분기별로 종합하여 분기 종료후 15일이내에 법무부장관에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2018.5.15>
The Commissioner General, the head of an immigration office, the head of a branch office, or the head of a detention center shall compile the results of the trend survey conducted under the provisions of paragraph ① on a quarterly basis and report them to the Minister of Justice within 15 days after the end of each quarter. <Amended by Presidential Decree No. 28322, May. 15. 2018>
청장ㆍ사무소장ㆍ출장소장 또는 보호소장은 외국인동향조사와 관련하여 외국인이 근무하고 있는 기관 또는 단체에 관한 기록을 기재한 외국인관련단체 동향기록표를 비치하여야 한다. <개정 2018.5.15>
The Commissioner General, the head of an immigration office, the head of a branch office, or the head of a detention center shall keep a Foreigner-Related Organization Trend Record Sheet, which records information about institutions or organizations where foreigners are employed, in relation to the foreigner trend survey. <Amended by Presidential Decree No. 28322, May. 15. 2018>
