제7조 여권의 보관 및 반환

출입국관리공무원은 법 제5조에 따라 여권 또는 선원신분증명서를 보관할 때에는 보관일자ㆍ보관사유등을 보관물 대장에 정확하게 기재하여야 한다. <개정 2005.7.8, 2016.9.29>
When immigration control officials keep a passport or seafarer's identification document in accordance with Article 5 of the Act, they shall accurately record the date of safekeeping, the reason for safekeeping, etc. in the safekeeping ledger. <Amended by Act No. 10434, Jul. 8, 2005; Act No. 14334, Sep. 29, 2016>
출입국관리공무원은 영 제6조제2항에 따라 보관 중인 여권 또는 선원신분증명서를 요청기관이나 발급기관의 장에게 송부하는 때에는 그 뜻을 보관물 대장에 기재하고 수령인의 서명 또는 날인을 받거나 송부사실을 증명할 수 있는 영수증등을 첨부하여야 한다. <개정 1997.7.1, 2005.7.8, 2015.6.15, 2016.9.29>
