제72조 각종 허가 등에 관한 수수료

  1. 1. 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장이 하는 입국허가 또는 외국인 입국허가서 발급: 5만원. 다만, 영 제10조제4항 단서에 해당하는 경우에는 10만원으로 한다.

  2. 1의2. 사전여행허가서 발급: 1만원

  3. 2. 체류자격 외 활동허가: 12만원. 다만, 영 별표 1의2 중 5. 유학(D-2) 또는 7. 일반연수(D-4) 체류자격을 가지고 있는 사람에 대한 시간제 취업 허용 등 법무부장관이 인정하는 경우에는 2만원으로 한다.

  4. 3. 근무처의 변경ㆍ추가 허가: 12만원

  5. 4. 체류자격부여: 8만원. 다만, 영 별표 1의2 중 27. 결혼이민(F-6) 체류자격에 해당하는 경우에는 4만원으로 한다.

  6. 5. 체류자격 변경 허가: 10만원. 다만, 영 별표 1의3 영주(F-5) 체류자격에 해당하는 경우에는 20만원으로 한다.

  7. 6. 체류기간 연장 허가: 6만원. 다만, 영 별표 1의2 중 27. 결혼이민(F-6) 체류자격을 가지고 있는 경우에는 3만원으로 한다.

  8. 7. 단수재입국허가: 3만원

  9. 8. 복수재입국허가: 5만원

  10. 9. 재입국허가기간 연장허가: 미화 20달러에 상당하는 금액

  11. 10. 외국인등록증 발급 및 재발급: 3만 5천원

  18. 14의3. 법 제88조의3에 따른 외국인체류확인서의 교부: 1통당 400원. 다만, 법 제88조의3제2항제3호에 따른 외국인체류확인서 교부는 500원으로 한다.

  19. 15. 영 제15조제4항제1호나목에 해당하는 외국인의 자동출입국심사 등록: 법무부장관이 정하는 금액

The fees related to permits for the entry and sojourn of foreigners, and the issuance of certificates of entry and exit records, shall be as follows. <Amended by Presidential Decree No. 24111, Jan. 1, 2013; No. 24904, Dec. 23, 2013; No. 27467, Sep. 29, 2016; No. 28833, May 15, 2018; No. 28979, Sep. 21, 2018; No. 31300, Dec. 10, 2020; No. 33674, Jun. 14, 2023; No. 34445, Dec. 24, 2024> 1. Permission to enter or issuance of an entry permit for foreigners by the Commissioner General, Director of an Office, or Director of a Branch Office: 50,000 won. However, in cases falling under the proviso of Article 10 (4) of the Enforcement Decree, it shall be 100,000 won. 1.2. Issuance of a pre-travel permit: 10,000 won 2. Permission for activities other than the granted status of sojourn: 120,000 won. However, in cases where the Minister of Justice recognizes permission for part-time employment for persons with the status of sojourn for study abroad (D-2) or general training (D-4) as specified in Article 5 or 7 of Annex Table 1.2 of the Enforcement Decree, the fee shall be 20,000 won. 3. Permission to change or add place of employment: 120,000 won 4. Granting of status of sojourn: 80,000 won. However, in cases falling under the status of sojourn for marriage immigration (F-6) as specified in Article 27 of Annex Table 1.2 of the Enforcement Decree, the fee shall be 40,000 won. 5. Permission to change status of sojourn: 100,000 won. However, in cases falling under the status of sojourn for permanent residence (F-5) as specified in Article 20 of Annex Table 1.3 of the Enforcement Decree, the fee shall be 200,000 won. 6. Permission to extend period of sojourn: 60,000 won. However, in cases for persons with the status of sojourn for marriage immigration (F-6) as specified in Article 27 of Annex Table 1.2 of the Enforcement Decree, the fee shall be 30,000 won. 7. Permission for single re-entry: 30,000 won 8. Permission for multiple re-entry: 50,000 won 9. Permission to extend the period of re-entry permit: An amount equivalent to US$20. 10. Issuance and re-issuance of alien registration card: 35,000 won 10.2. Re-issuance of permanent resident card: 35,000 won 11. Certificate of entry and exit records: 2,000 won (per copy) 12. Issuance and inspection of certificate of alien registration: Issuance is 2,000 won per copy, and inspection is 1,000 won per record per instance. 13. Issuance and re-issuance of refugee travel certificate: 10,000 won 14. Permission to extend the validity period of a refugee travel certificate: An amount equivalent to US$5. 14.2. Inspection of a certificate of alien residence pursuant to Article 88.3 of the Act: 300 won per record per instance. 14.3. Issuance of a certificate of alien residence pursuant to Article 88.3 of the Act: 400 won per copy. However, the issuance of a certificate of alien residence pursuant to Article 3 of Article 88.3 (2) of the Act shall be 500 won. 15. Registration for automated immigration clearance for foreigners falling under Article 4 (1) (1) (b) of the Enforcement Decree: An amount determined by the Minister of Justice.
