Article 76 (Documents to be Attached upon Application for Visa Issuance, etc.)
제76조 사증발급 등 신청시의 첨부서류

다음 각 호에 해당하는 때의 체류자격별 첨부서류는 별표 5와 같다.
1. 영 제7조제1항 및 제10조제2항에 따라 사증 또는 외국인입국허가서의 발급을 신청하는 때
2. 영 제8조제1항제1호 및 제3호에 해당하는 자가 이 규칙 제14조에 따라 입국허가를 신청하는 때
3. 제17조제2항에 따라 사증발급인정서의 발급을 신청하는 때
The attached documents by status of stay in cases falling under each of the following subparagraphs shall be as specified in Attached Table 5. 1. When applying for the issuance of a visa or a permit for the entry of an alien pursuant to Article 7(1) and Article 10(2) of the Enforcement Decree 2. When applying for a permit for entry pursuant to Article 14 of this Rule by a person falling under Article 8(1) 1. and 3. of the Enforcement Decree 3. When applying for the issuance of a certificate of confirmation of eligibility for a visa pursuant to Article 17(2)
다음 각 호에 해당하는 때의 체류자격별 첨부서류는 별표 5의2와 같다. <개정 2010.11.16>
1. 영 제25조에 따라 체류자격외활동허가를 신청하는 때
2. 영 제26조에 따라 근무처의 변경ㆍ추가허가를 신청하는 때
3. 영 제26조의2에 따라 근무처의 변경ㆍ추가 신고를 하는 때
4. 영 제29조에 따라 체류자격부여를 신청하는 때
5. 영 제30조에 따라 체류자격변경허가를 신청하는 때
6. 영 제31조에 따라 체류기간연장허가를 신청하는 때
7. 영 제40조에 따라 외국인등록을 신청하는 때
The attached documents by status of stay in cases falling under each of the following subparagraphs shall be as specified in Attached Table 5-2. <Amended on Nov. 16, 2010> 1. When applying for a permit for activities outside the scope of status of stay pursuant to Article 25 of the Enforcement Decree 2. When applying for a permit for changing or adding workplaces pursuant to Article 26 of the Enforcement Decree 3. When applying for the conferment of status of stay pursuant to Article 29 of the Enforcement Decree 5. When applying for a permit to change status of stay pursuant to Article 30 of the Enforcement Decree 6. When applying for a permit to extend period of stay pursuant to Article 31 of the Enforcement Decree 7. When applying for alien registration pursuant to Article 40 of the Enforcement Decree
제1항 및 제2항에 따른 첨부서류 중 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따라 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 첨부서류에 대한 정보를 확인할 수 있는 경우에는 그 확인으로 제출에 갈음한다. <개정 2007.12.31, 2010.6.10>
In cases where the information on the attached documents can be confirmed through the joint use of administrative information pursuant to Article 36(1) of the 「Electronic Government Act」, the confirmation thereof shall substitute for the submission of the attached documents. <Amended on Dec. 31, 2007, Jun. 10, 2010>
