Translation
①
영 제95조의2제1항의 규정에 의하여 통지를 하는 때에는 구상금납부통지서에 납입고지서를 첨부하여야 한다.
When giving notice pursuant to Article 95-2 (1) of the Enforcement Decree, a notice of payment for recourse shall be accompanied by a notice of payment.
②
구상권행사담당공무원은 구상권행사 및 수납사항을 구상권행사사건처리부에 기재하여야 한다.
Public officials in charge of exercising the right of recourse shall record matters concerning the exercise of the right of recourse and its collection in the Case Register for Exercise of Right of Recourse.
