①

재외공관의 장, 청장ㆍ사무소장 및 출장소장은 다음 각호의 통계를 매월 작성하여 다음달 10일까지 법무부장관에게 보고하여야 한다. 이 경우 재외공관의 장은 제1호의 반기별 사증발급현황을 외교부의 정보처리통신망을 통하여 보고할 수 있다. <개정 1994.7.20, 1999.2.27, 2010.11.16, 2013.3.23, 2018.5.15>

The head of each overseas diplomatic mission, the Commissioner of the Korea Immigration Service, the head of each immigration office, and the head of each immigration branch office shall compile the following statistics monthly and report them to the Minister of Justice by the 10th of the following month. 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장은 제1항에 따른 보고를 정보화업무처리 절차를 이용하여 할 수 있다. <개정 2016.9.29, 2018.5.15>
