제22조(활동범위의 제한) 법무부장관은 공공의 안녕질서나 대한민국의 중요한 이익을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하면 대한민국에 체류하는 외국인에 대하여 거소(居所) 또는 활동의 범위를 제한하거나 그 밖에 필요한 준수사항을 정할 수 있다.

① The Minister of Justice may, when deemed necessary for the public peace and order or the important interests of the Republic of Korea, restrict the place of residence (居所) or the scope of activities of a foreigner staying in the Republic of Korea, or establish other necessary matters to be observed.
