출입국관리공무원은 제47조에 따른 조사에 필요하면 참고인에게 출석을 요구하여 그의 진술을 들을 수 있다.
An immigration control official may summon a witness if necessary for an investigation under Article 47 and hear his or her statement.
②
참고인의 진술에 관하여는 제48조제2항부터 제7항까지의 규정을 준용한다.
The provisions of Article 48, paragraphs 2 through 7, shall apply mutatis mutandis to the statement of a witness.
