제50조(검사 및 서류 등의 제출요구) 출입국관리공무원은 제47조에 따른 조사에 필요하면 용의자의 동의를 받아 그의 주거 또는 물건을 검사하거나 서류 또는 물건을 제출하도록 요구할 수 있다.

① An immigration control official may, if necessary for an investigation under Article 47, inspect the dwelling or belongings of a suspect or request the submission of documents or articles, with the consent of the suspect.
