지방출입국ㆍ외국인관서의 장은 천재지변이나 화재, 그 밖의 사변으로 인하여 보호시설에서는 피난할 방법이 없다고 인정되면 보호시설에 보호되어 있는 사람(이하 "피보호자"라 한다)을 다른 장소로 이송할 수 있다. <개정 2014.3.18>
The head of a local immigration office may transfer a person under protection in a detention facility to another location if it is determined that there is no means of evacuation from the detention facility due to natural disaster, fire, or other calamitous events. <Amended by Act No. 12474, Mar. 18, 2014>
지방출입국ㆍ외국인관서의 장은 제1항에 따른 이송이 불가능하다고 판단되면 외국인의 보호조치를 해제할 수 있다. <개정 2014.3.18>
If the head of a local immigration office determines that the transfer under paragraph ① is impossible, the head may release the foreigner from the protective measures. <Amended by Act No. 12474, Mar. 18, 2014>
