제56조의6 면회등

피보호자는 다른 사람과 면회, 서신수수 및 전화통화(이하 "면회등"이라 한다)를 할 수 있다.
A protected person may have visits, exchange correspondence, and make phone calls with others (hereinafter referred to as "visits, etc.").
지방출입국ㆍ외국인관서의 장은 보호시설의 안전이나 질서, 피보호자의 안전ㆍ건강ㆍ위생을 위하여 부득이하다고 인정되는 경우에는 면회등을 제한할 수 있다. <개정 2014.3.18>
The head of a regional immigration and foreign affairs office may restrict visits, etc. if deemed unavoidable for the safety or order of the detention facility, or the safety, health, or hygiene of the protected person. <Amended by Act No. 12412, Mar. 18, 2014>
면회등의 절차 및 그 제한 등에 관한 구체적인 사항은 법무부령으로 정한다.
Specific matters concerning the procedures for visits, etc. and their restrictions shall be determined by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Justice.
