제56조의9(심사청구 절차 등의 게시) 지방출입국ㆍ외국인관서의 장은 제55조에 따른 보호에 대한 심사청구, 제56조의6에 따른 면회등 및 제56조의8에 따른 청원에 관한 절차를 보호시설 안의 잘 보이는 곳에 게시하여야 한다. <개정 2014.3.18, 2025.3.18>

① The head of a regional immigration and foreigners office shall post the procedures concerning the review request for protection under Article 55, visits, etc. under Article 56-6, and petitions under Article 56-8 in a conspicuous place within the detention facility. <Amended by Act No. 12415, Mar. 18, 2014; Act No. 17100, Mar. 18, 2021>
