제58조(심사결정) 지방출입국ㆍ외국인관서의 장은 출입국관리공무원이 용의자에 대한 조사를 마치면 지체 없이 용의자가 제46조제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는지를 심사하여 결정하여야 한다. <개정 2014.3.18>

① The head of the regional immigration office shall, without delay, after an immigration official has completed an investigation of a suspect, review and decide whether the suspect falls under any of the subparagraphs of Article 46 (1). <Amended by Act No. 12414, Mar. 18, 2014>
