제66조의15 사무국의 설치 등

외국인보호위원회의 사무처리 및 조사를 위하여 외국인보호위원회에 사무국을 둔다.
A secretariat shall be established within the Committee for the Protection of Foreigners to process the affairs and conduct investigations of the Committee for the Protection of Foreigners.
사무국장은 위원장의 명을 받아 외국인보호위원회의 사무를 처리한다.
The head of the secretariat shall, under the direction of the chairperson, process the affairs of the Committee for the Protection of Foreigners.
사무국에 외국인보호 조사관을 두며, 외국인보호 조사관은 위원장의 명을 받아 제66조의5 각 호의 사항에 대한 조사 및 그와 관련된 업무를 처리한다.
Investigation officers for the protection of foreigners shall be appointed to the secretariat, and the investigation officers for the protection of foreigners shall, under the direction of the chairperson, conduct investigations into the matters listed in each subparagraph of Article 66-5 and handle related tasks.
사무국장 및 외국인보호 조사관은 외국인보호 업무에 관한 경험과 지식이 풍부한 사람 중에서 임명하되, 그 자격과 인원에 관한 구체적인 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
The head of the secretariat and investigation officers for the protection of foreigners shall be appointed from among persons with extensive experience and knowledge in the protection of foreigners, and the specific matters concerning their qualifications and number shall be determined by Presidential Decree.
제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 사무국의 구성ㆍ운영 등에 관한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
Matters concerning the organization and operation of the secretariat, other than those prescribed in paragraphs ① through ④, shall be determined by Presidential Decree.
