1. 거짓된 사실의 기재나 거짓된 신원보증 등 부정한 방법으로 외국인을 초청하거나 그러한 초청을 알선하는 행위
2. 거짓으로 사증 또는 사증발급인정서를 신청하거나 그러한 신청을 알선하는 행위
No person shall engage in any of the following acts for the purpose of bringing a foreign national into the country: 1. Inviting a foreign national by improper means, such as entering false facts or giving a false identity guarantee, or arranging such an invitation 2. Falsely applying for a visa or a certificate of visa issuance confirmation, or arranging such an application
