제72조 승선허가

출입국항 또는 출입국항이 아닌 장소에 정박하는 선박등에 출입하려는 사람은 지방출입국ㆍ외국인관서의 장의 승선허가를 받아야 한다. 다만, 그 선박등의 승무원과 승객 또는 다른 법령에 따라 출입할 수 있는 사람은 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2014.3.18>
Any person intending to board a vessel, etc. anchored at a port of entry or a place other than a port of entry shall obtain permission to board from the head of the regional immigration office. However, this shall not apply to the crew and passengers of the vessel, etc. or persons who are allowed to enter by other laws.
출입국관리공무원 외의 사람이 출입국심사장에 출입하려는 경우에도 제1항과 같다.
The same shall apply when a person other than an immigration official intends to enter an immigration inspection area.
