제76조의8(난민여행증명서 발급 등 사무의 대행) 법무부장관은 난민여행증명서의 발급 및 재발급에 관한 사무의 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 난민여행증명서 발급 신청인의 체류지 관할 지방출입국ㆍ외국인관서의 장에게 대행하게 할 수 있다.

① The Minister of Justice may, to the extent prescribed by Presidential Decree, delegate part of the duties concerning the issuance and reissuance of refugee travel documents to the head of the regional immigration and foreigners affairs office having jurisdiction over the place of stay of the applicant for the refugee travel document.
