제77조 무기등의 휴대 및 사용

출입국관리공무원은 그 직무를 집행하기 위하여 필요하면 무기 등(「경찰관 직무집행법」 제10조 및 제10조의2부터 제10조의4까지의 규정에서 정한 장비, 장구, 분사기 및 무기를 말하며, 이하 "무기등"이라 한다)을 지닐 수 있다. <개정 2014.5.20>
Immigration control officers may carry weapons, etc. (meaning equipment, restraints, dispersers, and weapons as prescribed by Articles 10, and 10-2 through 10-4 of the Act on the Performance of Duties by Police Officers, and hereinafter referred to as "weapons, etc.") if necessary for the execution of their duties. <Amended by Act No. 12606, May 20, 2014>
출입국관리공무원은 「경찰관 직무집행법」 제10조 및 제10조의2부터 제10조의4까지의 규정에 준하여 무기등을 사용할 수 있다. <개정 2014.5.20>
