①
법무부장관은 제78조에 따라 외국인에 대한 정보를 수집ㆍ보유ㆍ관리하거나 제78조의2 및 관계 법령에 따라 외국인에 대한 정보를 제공하는 데 필요한 정보시스템을 구축ㆍ운영할 수 있다.
The Minister of Justice may establish and operate an information system necessary for collecting, holding, and managing information on foreigners pursuant to Article 78, or for providing information on foreigners pursuant to Article 78-2 and relevant Acts and subordinate statutes.
②
제1항에 따른 정보시스템의 구축ㆍ운영 등에 필요한 사항은 법무부령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the establishment and operation of the information system under paragraph ① shall be determined by Ordinance of the Ministry of Justice.
