제87조 출입국관리 수수료

이 법에 따라 허가 등을 받는 사람은 법무부령으로 정하는 수수료를 내야 한다.
A person who receives a permit, etc. under this Act shall pay a fee as prescribed by a Ordinance of the Ministry of Justice.
법무부장관은 국제관례 또는 상호주의원칙이나 그 밖에 법무부령으로 정하는 사유로 필요하다고 인정하면 제1항에 따른 수수료를 감면할 수 있고, 협정 등에 수수료에 관한 규정이 따로 있으면 그 규정에서 정하는 바에 따른다.
The Minister of Justice may reduce or waive the fee under paragraph ① if deemed necessary due to international customs, the principle of reciprocity, or other reasons prescribed by an Ordinance of the Ministry of Justice, and if there are separate provisions on fees in an agreement, etc., the provisions thereof shall apply.
