제88조의4 외국인등록증의 진위확인

법무부장관은 외국인등록증의 진위 여부에 대한 확인요청이 있는 경우 그 진위를 확인하여 줄 수 있다.
The Minister of Justice may verify the authenticity of an Alien Registration Card upon a request for such verification.
법무부장관은 외국인등록증 진위 여부 확인에 필요한 정보시스템을 구축ㆍ운영할 수 있다.
The Minister of Justice may establish and operate information systems necessary for verifying the authenticity of an Alien Registration Card.
외국인등록증의 진위확인 절차, 제2항에 따른 정보시스템의 구축ㆍ운영 등에 필요한 사항은 법무부령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the procedure of verifying the authenticity of an Alien Registration Card and the establishment and operation of the information systems referred to in paragraph ② shall be prescribed by Ordinances of the Ministry of Justice.
