법무부장관은 제7조제1항에 따른 사증을 발급하기 전에 특히 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 입국하려는 외국인의 신청을 받아 사증발급인정서를 발급할 수 있다.
Where the Minister of Justice deems it particularly necessary before issuing a visa under Article 7 (1), the Minister may, upon the application of the foreign national intending to enter, issue a certificate of visa issuance confirmation.
제1항에 따른 사증발급인정서 발급신청은 그 외국인을 초청하려는 자가 대리할 수 있다.
An application for a certificate of visa issuance confirmation under paragraph (1) may be made on the applicant's behalf by the person intending to invite that foreign national.
제1항에 따른 사증발급인정서의 발급대상ㆍ발급기준 및 발급절차는 법무부령으로 정한다.
The persons eligible for, and the criteria and procedures for issuing, a certificate of visa issuance confirmation under paragraph (1) shall be prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Justice.
