Article 90-2 (Responsibility for Costs of Departure of Illegally Employed Foreigners)
제90조의2 불법취업외국인의 출국비용 부담책임

법무부장관은 취업활동을 할 수 있는 체류자격을 가지지 아니한 외국인을 고용한 자(이하 "불법고용주"라 한다)에게 그 외국인의 출국에 드는 비용의 전부 또는 일부를 부담하게 할 수 있다.
The Minister of Justice may require an employer who has employed a foreigner not possessing a status of stay that permits employment activities (hereinafter referred to as "illegal employer") to bear all or part of the costs incurred for the departure of such foreigner.
불법고용주가 제1항에 따른 비용 부담책임을 이행하지 아니하여 국고에 부담이 되게 한 경우에 법무부장관은 그 불법고용주에게 구상권을 행사할 수 있다.
Where an illegal employer fails to fulfill the responsibility to bear costs as stipulated in paragraph ①, causing a burden on the national treasury, the Minister of Justice may exercise the right of recourse against the illegal employer.
