제92조의2(선박등의 운항 허가에 관한 협의) 국토교통부장관 및 해양수산부장관은 출입국항에 여객을 운송하는 선박등의 운항을 허가할 때에는 출입국심사업무가 원활히 수행될 수 있도록 법무부장관과 미리 협의하여야 한다.
