제93조의2, 제93조의3제1호ㆍ제3호, 제94조제1호부터 제5호까지 또는 제18호 및 제95조제1호의 죄를 범할 목적으로 예비하거나 또는 음모한 사람과 미수범은 각각 해당하는 본죄에 준하여 처벌한다. <개정 2016.3.29, 2019.4.23, 2020.3.24>
A person who prepares or conspires to commit the crimes prescribed in Article 93-2, Article 93-3, Subparagraph 1 or 3, Article 94, Subparagraphs 1 through 5 or Subparagraph 18, or Article 95, Subparagraph 1, and an attempted offender shall be punished in accordance with the principal offense, respectively. <Amended by Act No. 13157, Mar. 29, 2016, Act No. 16319, Apr. 23, 2019, Act No. 17205, Mar. 24, 2020>
제1항에 따른 행위를 교사하거나 방조한 사람은 정범(正犯)에 준하여 처벌한다.
