제101조 차입금

Translation

①

기금에 속하는 경비를 지급하기 위하여 필요하면 기금의 부담으로 차입할 수 있다.

If it is necessary to pay expenses belonging to the fund, borrowing may be made at the fund's expense.

②

기금에서 지급할 현금이 부족하면 기금의 부담으로 일시차입을 할 수 있다.

If there is a shortage of cash to be paid from the fund, temporary borrowing may be made at the fund's expense.

③

제2항에 따른 일시차입금은 그 회계연도 안에 상환하여야 한다.

Temporary borrowed funds under Paragraph 2 shall be repaid within the same fiscal year.
