제104조 산업재해보상보험심사위원회

제103조에 따른 심사 청구를 심의하기 위하여 공단에 관계 전문가 등으로 구성되는 산업재해보상보험심사위원회(이하 "심사위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.
To deliberate on the request for review under Article 103, an Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Review Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Review Committee") composed of relevant experts, etc. shall be established within the Corporation.
심사위원회 위원의 제척ㆍ기피ㆍ회피에 관하여는 제108조를 준용한다.
Regarding the disqualification, recusal, or avoidance of Review Committee members, Article 108 shall be applied mutatis mutandis.
심사위원회의 구성과 운영에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the composition and operation of the Review Committee shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
