제113조(시효의 중단) 제112조에 따른 소멸시효는 제36조제2항에 따른 청구로 중단된다. 이 경우 청구가 제5조제1호에 따른 업무상의 재해 여부의 판단이 필요한 최초의 청구인 경우에는 그 청구로 인한 시효중단의 효력은 제36조제1항에서 정한 다른 보험급여에도 미친다. <개정 2020.5.26>
