제119조(진찰 요구) 공단은 보험급여에 관하여 필요하다고 인정하면 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 보험급여를 받은 사람 또는 이를 받으려는 사람에게 산재보험 의료기관에서 진찰을 받을 것을 요구할 수 있다. <개정 2020.5.26>
Translation
The Corporation, if it deems it necessary concerning insurance benefits, may request a person who has received or intends to receive insurance benefits to undergo examination at an industrial accident insurance medical institution, in accordance with the Enforcement Decree. <Amended by Act No. 17281, May 26, 2020>
