제119조의2(포상금의 지급) 공단은 제84조제1항 및 같은 조 제3항에 따라 보험급여, 진료비 또는 약제비를 부당하게 지급받은 자를 신고한 사람에게 예산의 범위에서 고용노동부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 포상금을 지급할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4>

① The Corporation may, within the budget, pay reward money to a person who reports an individual who has improperly received insurance benefits, medical expenses, or drug expenses pursuant to Article 84 (1) and Article 84 (3), as prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor. <Amended 2010.6.4>
